Create book cover from paper. Make a tag from chipboard and adhere to a glittered mat. Adhere doily and punched circle to cover, then adhere tag and mat on top. Die-cut Elegant Flourishes from paper. Apply glue pen to swirls and add flocking. When dry, attach to tag. Gather a piece of crepe paper. Stitch onto tag and add buttons for embellishment. Tie ribbon around book. Add bunched up lace and stamen to bow and glue in place.
