Die-cut Takeout Box out of cardstock and assemble. Trim a piece of cardstock matching the color of the Box to the same size as a side of the Box. Emboss this piece of cardstock using an embossing folder, embellish with ink and attach to front of box. Emboss Bird, cut out and attach to Box. Add crocheted embellishments and rhinestones. Add ribbon handle. Stamp sentiment, mat on cardstock and embellish with paint. Attach to box with toothpick.
