Create a card out of colored cardstock. Stamp flowers on a piece of contrasting cardstock, trim and adhere to the front of the card. Adhere a strip of patterned paper to the front of the card. Die-cut Frame and Phrase, Enjoy out of cardstock and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon, pearls, glitter and small flowers.
