Cut a square from patterned paper and mat it with another piece of patterned paper. Stitch around inner patterned paper. Die-cut Swirl from paper. Trace bottom part of Swirl onto square-shaped, sand-cardstock and cut out. Attach Swirl to sand-cardstock. Adhere sand-cardstock to square patterned paper. Die-cut Pail and Shovel from paper-covered chipboard. Attach to square paper. Tie bow onto Pail. Die-cut Flowers and phrase from paper and adhere to paper and bow. Embellish with pearls, pin, waxed cording and rub-ons. Create Starfish with Textured Impressions. Cut out and adhere to paper.
