Mat patterned paper with cardstock to form the base of a scrapbook page. Hand cut a heart, stamp and attach. Emboss cardstock using a Textured Impressions folder and attach. Die-cut Phrase, Make a Wish out of cardstock, embellish with pen and attach. Mat photos on cardstock and attach. Add a printed sentiment. Die-cut Cupcakes from several colors of cardstock and patterned paper. Layer and embellish with glitter and chalk and attach.
