Remove the outer wrapper from a large candy bar and cover the candy bar with patterned papers. Print sentiment onto a transparency, trim and wrap around the candy bar. Tie a ribbon around the candy bar. Embellish with tulle. Trim edges of tulle with pinking shears for a more festive look. Die-cut select pieces of the Skeleton out of mat board to form the Skull and Crossbones. Arrange die-cuts and adhere in place.
