Cover a piece of mat board with colored cardstock. Die-cut Cupcake Holder out of covered mat board and assemble using small brads. Tie a ribbon around the Cupcake Holder. Cut a piece of pipe cleaner to size and attach to Cupcake Holder to form a handle for the candy dish. Die-cut Tombstone out of cardstock, layer colors and embellish with glitter. Finish by placing a cut piece of tulle and the embellished Tombstone in candy dish and filling with treats.
