Cover mat board with cardstock. Die-cut Snowflake out of covered mat board to form an ornament. Embellish with ink, jewels and glitter. Punch hole in the top of the Snowflake ornament for hanging. Embellish with a feather, ribbon and button. Die-cut Phrase, Joy out of glitter paper. Adhere phrase to ornament.
