Cover mat board with patterned paper. Die-cut Scallop Rectangle Album cover and pages out of the covered mat board. Cut rectangular pieces of cardstock and patterned paper. If desired, embellish with stitching. Adhere layered rectangles to cover. Tie ribbon around cover. Die-cut labels (also from Scallop Rectangle Album die) out of cardstock and patterned paper, layer, stamp with a sentiment and adhere to cover. Finish by embellishing cover with hand-wrapped fabric flowers, a fabric rosette, small flowers and felt leaves. Embellish album pages as desired. Attach cover and pages using a metal ring.
