Cover mat board with cardstock. Die-cut Treat Bag Topper out of covered mat board, chalk edges and embellish with a stamped sentiment. Die-cut hearts (also from Treat Bag Toppers die) out of cardstock and patterned paper-covered mat board, embellish with chalk and adhere to Bag Topper. Place treats inside cellophane bag and attach to Bag Topper. Embellish with a ribbon.
