Cover mat board with patterned paper. Die-cut Treat Bag Topper out of covered mat board. Cut decorative trim to size, tuck under front of Bag Topper and adhere in place. Place candy inside cellophane bag and attach to Bag Topper. Die-cut decorative label (also from Treat Bag Toppers die) out of cardstock-covered mat board, embellish with a stamped sentiment and adhere to the treat bag. Embellish bag topper with a ribbon and hanging metal charm.
