Apply spray glue to small container and cover with glitter. Punch a hole on each sides of the container to create a place for handle. Insert pipe cleaner and secure in place. Tie bow onto handle. Die-cut Snowflake from foam and glitter paper. Layer materials and attach to bow. Embellish with rhinestone button. Die-cut Tag from patterned paper and embellish with a strip of patterned paper and trim. Attach to handle with string. Die-cut Hope out of cardstock and adhere to container.
