Create a card base out of colored cardstock and patterned paper. Crop photograph using Bigz Clear Star and adhere to card. Print invitation information on cardstock, use Bigz Clear Balloon to crop. Highlight Balloon with chalk and adhere to card. Die-cut Stars, highlight with glitter and adhere to card. Embellish with pen and a string.
