Create a card out of cardstock. Trim patterned paper to size and adhere to card front. Emboss a strip of cardstock with the Paisley embossing folder and mat with a strip of complementary-colored cardstock. Wrap with a ribbon and adhere to card. Die-cut Heart out of decorative foil and adhere to card with foam dots. Print sentiments, trim to size and adhere to card.
