Cover mat board with patterned paper. Die-cut Notebook Pocket out of covered mat board and assemble. Cut a band of patterned paper and mat on cardstock. Use a sewing machine to stitch band to matting. Trim edges of matted band with decorative scissors. Tie a ribbon around band and adhere band to Pocket. Stamp sentiment, trim to size and mat on cardstock. Trim mat to size and adhere to band. Embellish with a button and string.
