Use a texture plate to create and embossed pattern on cardstock that has a white core. Lightly sand textured paper to highlight the pattern. Adhere to the bottom third of the gift bag. Create a lid for the gift bag out of plain embossed paper. Cut slits for the bags handles along the seams of the lid. Apply decorative brads. Die-cut Stars out of decorative foil and adhere to the bag using foam dots. Embellish with ribbon and raffia.
