Cut "Heart, Ornamental" out of cardstock using the eclips Machine and Valentine's Day & Happy Heart cartridge. Mat photograph on cardstock. Cut a small heart from glitter paper using the eclips Machine and Valentine's Day & Happy Heart cartridge. Thread beads on wire and attach pieces together. Tie ribbon in a bow and attach to photo.
