Adhere decorative metal to chipboard. Die-cut Frames out of the decorative metal. Use a texture plate to emboss a pattern onto the Frame. Highlight the Frame using permanent markers. Die-cut shapes out of plain paper and adhere to the Frames. Embellish using dimensional glaze and ribbons for hanging.
