Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Pen, String, Hot-glue Gun

Fold a piece of cardstock in half, and at the folded end, fold back again about ½". Die-cut Dress Ups Body with feet on the bottom fold. Die-cut Uniform and Hair out of cardstock and patterned paper, highlight with pen and adhere to the Body. Apply Rub On Face. Adhere the Body together at the head using double-sided tape. Hand cut several small triangles out of cardstock to form the banner. Die-cut letters and adhere to each triangle. Highlight with pen. Adhere triangles to a piece of string and adhere to each hand using hot glue.
