Create a card out of cardstock. Trim a piece of colored white core paper and use an embossing folder to emboss a sentiment. Lightly sand the embossed sentiment to highlight and adhere to the card. Die-cut shapes out of cardstock and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon and a small jewel.
