Cover the front of a spiral notebook using patterned paper. Die-cut shapes and letters and adhere to the front of the planner. Embellish with ribbon, buttons, small jewels and pen. Create tabs inside the notebook by trimming sections of paper and embellishing with patterned paper and die-cuts.
