Die-cut kitty and Frame from paper-covered chipboard. Add two mats to front. Trim larger mat with decorative scissors and adhere in place. Put kitty in place with foam dots. Glue mouse down. Add glitter. Punch hole in Frame. Tie ribbon through hole.
