Cut a Heart w/Flowers & Vine out of cardstock using the eclips Machine and Tween & Look at Me cartridge. Color the cut out shapes with paint and highlight with pen. Punch two small holes at each end of the shape. Apply a thick coat of dimensional glaze over the entire shape, being careful not to fill punched holes. When glaze is almost dry, adhere jewels to the center of each Flower. When completely dry, attach to beaded chain using jump rings.
