Die-cut Frame several times out of cardstock and patterned paper backed with chipboard. Arrange Frame, drop out shapes in a pattern and attach together with brads. Tie ribbon around ends to form hangers. Back Frames with cardstock so it shows through the windows of the Frames. Die-cut letters out of cardstock attach letters and chipboard shapes. Punch out flower shapes and attach to banner. Embellish with jewels.
