Create card out of colored cardstock. Mat patterned paper on colored cardstock and adhere to upper portion of card. Cut rectangle of glitter paper and adhere to card. Stamp sentiment onto patterned paper and adhere to card. Die-cut Bird w/Branch out of coordinating colored cardstock; layer die-cuts and adhere to card. Embellish with glitter and jewels. Die-cut flowers out of colored cardstock that matches card base and adhere to the front of the card as shown for a faux embossed effect. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow.
