Cover tin with cardstock and patterned paper. Die-cut Scallop Circle out of cardstock and chipboard. Layer and attach to tin. Wrap ribbon around tin and tie in a bow. Die-cut Hippo from several colors of cardstock. Layer colors and embellish with chalk and pearls. Attach to tin.
