Constructed of polypropylene plastic, this sturdy platform was specially designed for use in the Big Shot Express machine as well as in the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines. The Essentials Platform easily makes all Sizzix components thinner than a Bigz Die compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines.

To die-cut or emboss one layer of material using thinner Sizzix products (Clearlits, DecoEtch, DecoEmboss, Embosslits, Ink-its, Sizzlits, Sizzlits Decorative Strips, Simple Impressions, Texture Fades, Texture Trades and Textured Impressions), the Essentials Platform is required along with Cutting Pads. To emboss one layer of material using Texturz Texture Plates, the Essentials Platform is required along with an Impressions Pad and Silicone Rubber.

Combine the 6 1/4" x 13" x 1/2" Essentials Platform with the Extended Adapter (sold separately) to create a sandwich for accommodating Framelits as well as competitors’ wafer-thin dies.
