Cover a piece of mat board with cardstock. Die-cut the Easel back pieces out of paper-covered mat board and trim away excess to form pennants. Die-cut triangles from the Triangle Box die out of patterned paper and trim away excess. Print or stamp letters to spell desired message onto cardstock, cut around letters, embellish with glitter and attach to triangles. Attach pennants to a length of ribbon to form a banner. Die-cut Create-a-Flower Bow layers out of white-core colored cardstock. Emboss Bow layers using the Eyelet Lace embossing folder. Lightly buff with a sanding block to highlight the raised designs. Assemble according to instructions and use a brad to secure layers. Cover brad with a decorative metal button. Attach bows to the banner.
