Happy Birthday Flower Flip-its Card

Project #13116

Birthdays are happier when you create this 3-dimensional Flower Flip-its Card. Your sentiments are truly expressed when you let Stephanie Barnard show you the way.

Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Button, Ink, Ribbon, Stamp Mount, Sticky Note

Die-cut the Flower Flip-its Card from patterned paper. Die-cut just the Flower portion of the Card twice from cardstock. Cut away excess so the Flowers are separate from the Card. Adhere the cardstock Flowers over the patterned paper Flower Flip-its in the center of the Card for contrast. Fold along crease lines to assemble the Card. Stamp "Happy Birthday!" sentiment along one edge of the Card. Stamp "to you" sentiment onto cream colored cardstock by inking only the portion you want to show from the "Hugs to you" stamp and trim to size using a Circle Framelits die. For ease of use, we recommend using a sticky note to hold the Framelits die in place while the shape is being cut. Mat the stamped sentiment onto a larger Circle cut from patterned paper. Ink edges, layer Circles and attach to Flower Flip-its so that the message is revealed once the Card is opened. Embellish the Card front with a flower, button and ribbon bow.
