Cut a piece of white cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Fold the cardstock in half to create a card. Accent the edges with Distress Ink. Cut a piece of cardstock to 3 1/2" x 2 1/2". Cut a second piece of cardstock to 3 3/4" x 2 3/4". Layer the two pieces of cardstock together and adhere to the lower left corner of the card. Adhere metal foil tape to a piece of Grungepaper. Die-cut a fan using the mini Vintage Fan die. Sand the surface of the metal foil piece. Use ink or paint to add color to the cover portion of the fan. Apply Glossy Accents if desired to the fan cover to give it a glossy finish. Adhere the fan to the cardstock on the front of the card. Die-cut a number one from Grungepaper using the Cargo Stencil Number one die. Add color to the number with Distress Stains. Cover the number with Glossy Accents if desired. Stamp a sentiment on the cardstock.
