Lightly fold a sheet of patterned paper in half widthwise and adhere where the two edges meet. Adhere the edges of one end from the seam to the folded edge to form a cone. Place treats inside the bag and secure closed, centering the seam at the opening of the bag to the crease on the opposite side of the bag and adhering along either side of the bag. Using the Movers & Shapers Mini Tickets Magnetic die set and base tray, die-cut the larger Ticket from patterned paper, apply ink to its edges and set aside. Die-cut the number 14 from Stacked Words: Valentine out of patterned paper, embellish with ink and adhere to the inked Ticket. Using the Movers & Shapers Mini Love Struck Magnetic die set and base tray, die-cut the cupid out of cardstock, embellish with glitter and attach to the same inked Ticket. Die-cut flowers from the Tattered Flower Garland, layer flowers, and embellish with ink and pen. Attach the Ticket to the bag along with velvet leaves, flowers and a ribbon bow.
