Die-cut a Tag out of cardstock and stamp a design along the top of the Tag with the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Star Sketch cling stamp from CMS145. Stamp Flag Sketch and USA Sketch, also from CMS 145 onto kraft cardstock. Trim the Flag Sketch image to the same width as the Tag. Line up the template over the USA Sketch stamped image. Poke through the center of the registration mark into the cardstock. Cut out the stamped image using the Stamp2Cut option with the eclips machine and Tim Holtz Alterations Stamp2Cut cartridge Number 20. Add color to the stamped images with ink and markers. Attach the Flag Sketch shape to the Tag. Embellish the Tag with tinsel ribbon, twine and ribbon. Mat the USA Sketch to a piece of inked, corrugated kraft cardstock. Embellish with buttons and attach using adhesive foam. Die-cut the smaller 3-D Star Bright out of patterned paper, fold along the crease lines to assemble, embellish with ink and adhere to the Tag.
