Cut cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across card front and adhere in place. Die-cut a Star and two Labels out of cardstock and pattered papers. Emboss the Star using the same Thinlits die used to cut the shapes by combining the machine's included platform (when using the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform & Shim, the Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter is required) with an Impressions Pad and Silicone Rubber. Ink the edges of the shapes and attach to the card front, using adhesive foam to give the center Label dimension. Print a sentiment on cardstock, trim to size, embellish with ink and attach to the center Label. Wrap a length of twine around the card twice and tie in a bow, using a button to help fasten the knot.
