Happy Birthday Flower Bouquet Card

Project #14533

Birthdays are in bloom! Celebrate with a bright and beautiful card that is easy to create with a little help from the Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine, dies and embossing folders.

Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Adhesive Foam, Ink, Jewels, Pen, Sanding Block, Twine

Cut cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Cut a piece of white cardstock to fit across the card front and adhere in place. Apply ink to the edges of the card. Emboss a piece of cardstock using the Dotted Lattice embossing folder, trim to size and sand to highlight the raised design. Die-cut flowers with heart petals out of cardstock, embellish the flower centers with paper washers and half pearl jewels. Bend the petals upward to give dimension and attach to the card front using adhesive foam to give dimension. Attach twine and paper petals to form a stem. Die-cut more hearts and a butterfly out of cardstock and patterned paper. Die-cut a ticket out of cardstock, write a sentiment, ink the edges and attach to the card front.
