Cut cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Attach patterned paper to card base. Hand-cut two banner-shaped pieces from cardstock and attach to patterned paper. Cut glitter paper into a rectangular shape. Adhere to card base. Cut a piece of cardstock into a rectangular shape, then trim one side at an angle. Adhere to glitter paper. Die-cut Music Notes from cardstock and adhere to card. Stamp sentiment. Die-cut Record, Star and Juke Box from various pieces of cardstock. Layer colors to assemble and adhere to the card using adhesive foam. Embellish the Star with a rhinestone. Tie a ribbon bow and adhere to card front.
