Cut a piece of cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Adhere a paper doily to the card front and a band of patterned paper. Trim away excess and distress the card front with ink. Die-cut a Weathered Clock out of grungepaper and the clock hands out of grungeboard, distress with ink and attach to the card front, using brads to attach the clock hands. Cover a piece of cardstock with burlap. Die-cut the mannequin out of cardstock-covered burlap and distress with ink. Die-cut the mannequin stand out of cardstock, adhere materials together to assemble and attach to the card front using adhesive foam to give dimension. Embellish the mannequin with a pearl-head straight pin, crinkled ribbon and printed sentiments. Die-cut a Tag out of cream cardstock, distress with ink and adhere a strip of sheet music down the center of the Tag. Fold the Tag in half to form a bag. Attach ball chain to form a handle for the bag and embellish with a sequin to form the bag buckle.
