Cover a piece of cardstock with burlap. Die-cut the mannequin out of cardstock-covered burlap and distress with ink. Die-cut the mannequin stand out of cardstock, adhere materials together to assemble and attach to the card front using adhesive foam to give dimension. Embellish the mannequin with a pearl-head straight pin, crinkled ribbon and printed sentiments. Die-cut a Tag out of cream cardstock, distress with ink and adhere a strip of sheet music down the center of the Tag. Fold the Tag in half to form a bag.
