Die-cut the Card, Birthday Pop-Up out of cardstock, and assemble. Layer patterned paper on the top panel, and adhere in place. Die-cut and color additional pieces out of cardstock and patterned paper. Stamp a sentiment on one banner, layer on another banner and adhere to a craft stick. Adhere all the die-cuts to the card base. Embellish with twine.&
