Cut a piece of cardstock to size, and fold in half to create a card base. Layer two pieces of cardstock on the card front, and adhere in place. Stamp and die-cut a bird and balloons from the Bird Crazy set, and adhere to the card front. Mat a sentiment on a piece of cardstock, and adhere to the card front. Embellish as desired.
