Die-cut the Sweet Treat Bag out of patterned paper. Die-cut the front panel with the frame from the Frames & Embellishments set to create a window, and adhere a piece of acetate behind the window opening. Assemble the bag. Die-cut the topper and border from the Topper, Borders & Corners set and the flowers and leaves from the Frames & Embellishments set. Adhere all the die-cuts to the bag. Embellish as desired.
