Other Supplies: Cardstock, Glue Dots, Ink, Jewels, Patterned Paper, Ribbon, Stamp, Tag, Wood Dowel

Cover a piece of mat board with patterned paper. Die-cut Tea Cup out of the covered mat board, ink edges and assemble. Die-cut Decorative Flourishes out of cardstock and adhere to Tea Cup. Die-cut 3-D Flowers out of cardstock, assemble, embellish with jewels and adhere to Tea Cup. Embellish with a stamped tag and ribbon.
