Wool Stars Stocking

Fabric Requirements:

Notes:

• Finished Size: 10" x 5"
• Unless indicated otherwise, all stitching is with one strand of embroidery floss.

Assembling the Project:

1. Layer Stars onto front Stocking and sew around using a decorative stitch and gold floss.
2. Place the large red Circles and the medium blue Circles on the Stars. Stitch in place using a star stitch and gold floss.
3. Place one red toe on the front of Stocking and sew around using a blanket stitch. Repeat with remaining toe and Stocking.
4. Place one red cuff on the front of a Stocking and sew around using a blanket stitch. Repeat with remaining cuff and Stocking.
5. Layer Circles on the cuff. Star stitch with gold floss, going through all of the layers.
6. Scatter the extra-small Circles on the toe. Star stitch with gold floss.
7. Place the front and back Stockings together. Blanket stitch with two strands of green floss.
8. Fold the hanger in half and stitch inside the cuff on one side. Tie the ends together.
