Drop everything, it’s time to celebrate! Pop-up cards have never been easier than with Drop-ins dies from the Stephanie Barnard collection, a creative way to express your best wishes.

  • Cardstock (Dark Blue, Dark Green, Light Blue, Light Green, White, Yellow)
  • Patterned Paper
  • Adhesive Foam Tape
  • Double-Sided Tape or Tape Runner
  • Enamel Dots
  • Foam Brush
  • Foam Sponge or Ink Blending Tool
  • Glitter
  • Liquid Adhesive
  • Ribbon (Blue, Blue-and-White Polka Dot)
  • Yellow Ink Pad

  1. Fold a piece of dark green cardstock in half to create a card base.
  2. Die-cut a scalloped card panel out of light green cardstock. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit behind the opening in the scalloped panel, and adhere in place with double-sided tape. Fold the light green panel along the creases, and adhere to the card base with double-sided tape.
  3. Die-cut the Celebrate phrase background shape out of white cardstock. Die-cut the Celebrate Drop-ins phrase out of dark blue cardstock. Adhere the dark blue phrase to the white background with double-sided tape. Adhere the layered phrase to the light green pop-out section of the scalloped panel.
  4. Die-cut three background candles out of white cardstock. Die-cut two Drop-ins candles out of light blue cardstock and one out of dark blue cardstock. Die-cut three candle flames out of yellow cardstock. Using a foam sponge, add yellow ink to the flames. Using a foam brush, add liquid adhesive to the flames, and sprinkle with glitter. Layer all the candle pieces and flames together with double-sided tape. Adhere the candles to the card base with adhesive foam tape.
  5. Cut a strip of patterned paper, and adhere to the bottom half of the card base with double-sided tape.
  6. Wrap a blue ribbon around the bottom of the card, and tie into a bow. Cut a strip of polka-dot ribbon to fit across the width of the card, and adhere under the patterned paper strip using double-sided tape.
  7. Die-cut stars out of yellow cardstock. Using a foam sponge, add yellow ink to the stars. Adhere the stars to the card front with double-sided tape. Embellish the card front with enamel dots.
