Fabric Requirements:

Notes:

• Finished Size: 10" L x 4" H x 4" W
• All seam allowances are 1/4" unless otherwise noted.
• Fat 1/4 = approximately 18" x 22"
• ** = Place fabric right sides facing to cut.

Assembling the Project:

1. With right sides together, sew two sets of fins and one tail. Clip the curves, and turn right sides out.
2. With right sides together, sew the two tummy pieces together, leaving a 3" gap in the center. This is for turning later.
3. With right sides together, sew the top body pieces together. Arrange and pin the fins to the sides of the body, making sure the teal fabrics are facing each other.
4. Open the top of the Whale at the end so it is flat. Place the teal side of the tail onto the teal side of the body and pin in place. Arrange and pin the tail to the body.
5. Arrange and pin the tummy piece to the top of the body. Be sure to tuck in the tail ends if they are sticking out. Sew all the way around.
6. Clip any curves, and turn right sides out. Stuff with fiberfill, and hand stitch closed.
7. Hand stitch the button eyes to the head.
