Show Up & Shine Shaker Card

Other Supplies:

• Cardstock (Dark Pink, White)
• Acetate
• Adhesive Flat Dots
• Adhesive Foam Tape
• Craft Knife
• Double-Sided Tape or Tape Runner
• Embossing Ink Pad (Clear)
• Embossing Powder (Gold)
• Heat Tool
• Liquid Adhesive
• Paper Trimmer
• Ribbon (Pink)
• Sequins

1. Cut an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of dark pink cardstock, and fold it in half to create a card base.
2. Cut a 4" x 6" piece of white cardstock. Using a clear embossing ink pad, stamp the Show up & Shine phrase in the middle of the white cardstock.
3. Sprinkle gold embossing powder on top of the stamped phrase, and shake off the excess powder. Use a heat tool to set the embossed image.
4. Remove from the Springtime Cardstock Pad a sheet of the pink floral patterned paper with a diamond in the middle.
5. Using a craft knife, cut out the diamond shape from the sheet of patterned paper. This will create an opening for the shaker.
6. Cut a 3 3/4" x 5 3/4" piece of acetate. Adhere with liquid adhesive the acetate to the back of the floral patterned paper over the diamond cutout.
7. Apply adhesive foam tape to the back of the floral paper around the acetate, making sure there are no gaps.
8. Add a mixture of sequins to the center of the acetate.
9. Remove the second backing from the adhesive foam tape, and adhere the embossed white cardstock to the back of the floral paper over the acetate to create a shaker effect.
10. Adhere with double-sided tape the back of the embossed white cardstock to the front of the card base.
11. Adhere with an adhesive flat dot a pink ribbon to the bottom of the diamond cutout on the card front.
