Make a Wish Cake Tag

Other Supplies:

• Cardstock (White)
• Patterned Paper (Two Coordinating Patterns)
• Adhesive Foam Dots
• Double-Sided Tape or Tape Runner
• Embossing Ink Pad (Clear)
• Embossing Powder (Gold)
• Heat Tool
• Hole Punch
• Ink Pads (Black, Pink)
• Liquid Adhesive
• Paper Trimmer
• Pearls
• Ribbon (Pink Tassel, White)
• Scissors

1. Cut a 2 1/2" x 5 3/4" strip of white cardstock.
2. Cut off the left and right top sides at an angle to create a tag.
3. Using black ink, stamp at the bottom of the tag the following words: 'Make a.'
4. Cut a 4" x 2 1/2" piece of patterned paper, and adhere it with double-sided tape to the top of the tag.
5. Cut a 1" x 2 1/2" piece of another patterned paper, and adhere it with double-sided tape to the bottom of the first patterned paper, right above the phrase.
6. Adhere a pink tassel ribbon with double-sided tape over the patterned paper at the bottom of the tag.
7. Using pink ink, stamp the birthday cake images onto white cardstock.
8. Align the corresponding Framelits dies over the stamped images, and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits dies in place while the shapes are being cut.
9. Using clear embossing ink, stamp the word 'Wish' onto white cardstock. Sprinkle gold embossing powder on top of the stamped word, and shake off the excess powder. Use a heat tool to set the embossed image until it is glossy.
10. Align the corresponding Framelits die over the stamped word, and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits die in place while the shape is being cut.
11. Adhere the cake stand in the center of the tag above the ribbon with double-sided tape.
12. Adhere with adhesive foam dots the two layers of cake above the cake stand.
13. Adhere pearls to the cake with liquid adhesive.
14. Adhere the word Wish to the bottom right side of the tag with adhesive foam dots.
15. Punch a hole at the top of the tag, and tie a ribbon through the hole and into a bow.
