Cut Phrase, I Love You out of cardstock using the eclips machine and All Occasions cartridge. Adhere to the bottle. Cut the Crown out of cardstock using the eclips machine and All Occasions cartridge. Embellish with glitter, jewels and decorative button. Adhere embellished Crown to the cork stopper. Tie a ribbon around the bottle neck. Die-cut Angel Wings from patterned paper, ink edges and adhere to the bottle.
