Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Brayer, Button, Felt, Foam Dots, Glitter, Hole Punch, Ink, Netting, Pipe Cleaner, Ribbon, Sewing Machine (Optional), String, Tissue Paper Fringe

Die-cut Scallop Card out of cardstock and fold along crease lines. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit card front. Emboss patterned paper using the Skeleton Hands, Spiders & Spiderweb embossing folder. Apply ink to brayer and roll over embossed image to highlight the design. Attach the embossed, patterned paper to front of card. Stitch down two sides of card or adhere together with hot-glue glue to form a bag. Add a circle cut from patterned paper and orange fringe to the front of the bag. Punch holes at top and insert pipe cleaner as handle. Secure in place. Wrap a ribbon around the handle and tie in a bow. Embellish with netting and a threaded button. Cut a tag from cardstock, write a sentiment, ink edges and embellish with string. Adhere the tag onto the Bag. Die-cut the hanging spider (from Candlelight Fright) out of black felt, embellish with glitter and attach to the Bag front. Place the treats in the treat bag.
