Hello everyone! It's Aida from Life and Paper Crafting. Am I the only one feeling like this year galloped by? I hope your year was filled with lots of crafting! Today I have the cutest House Favor Box by Lori Whitlock. These could be treat boxes to give to co-workers, teachers or friends! How fun would it be for them to open a small box filled with chocolates, jokes or inspiring quotes to brighten the day?
Doesn't this make you feel happy seeing them lined up in a row?
I love the circle windows—they add so much fun to the box!
The die-cut holes make it easy to tie bright yellow ribbons to close the boxes.

*Instructions on how to assemble the House Favor Box can be downloaded here.
Instructions:
Die-cut in Kraft cardstock the largest Thinlits twice. The visible score lines will help you see the shape of the box.
In this step, score the space between the side and the slanted peak. Pinch the edges together and you get a shallow valley. The photo shows exactly how it looks.
Join the 2 pieces together at the flap.
This is how the House Favor Box looks like after adhering both flaps on the side.
Die-cut all the decorative pieces. The circle window and door have a grey shadow shape to be glued behind.
This is how the completed front looks.
The die-cut fences start in the font of the box and part way along the side.
Add stamped and heat embossed small Happy New Year banners over the doors. Fill up the boxes with treats, tie the ribbons, and they're done! Small surprises like these deliver enough happiness to brighten anyone's day.
I really loved making these cute little Favor Boxes, and you will, too. Here's wishing you a wonderful New Year, and may it bring all things good!
