Sizzix Inspiration | Shabby Mailbox by Aida Haron

Hello Crafties! Aida here with another Sizzix Inspiration project. This Sizzix Bigz XL Mailbox die by Lori Whitlock is the cutest and using supplies from Authentique Paper, I've made a shabby mailbox which I hope you'll like.

The Mailbox die comes with complete instructions printed on the back of the cover insert and all you need to do is follow the photos to assemble the box, easy-peasy!  I've added a stand made from paper rolled into a tube and adhered it to the underside of the mailbox to create space for more die-cut details. For the base I used the Movers and Shapers Baroque to cut a shape in chipboard and another in patterned paper to glue on the chipboard.

The Prima Flora Grande Sizzix Thinlits Couquette die together with the Magnetic Platform were a real breeze to use and made these really pretty flowers. I adhered the flowers around the tube and added stone pebbles I had, then used the stickers From Authentic Paper for more layers.

The sticker sheet is packed with lots of sentiments you can use.

The Mailbox is very versatile and can be used for any number of occasions and I can even imagine it as a pretty accent piece for a table decoration. Happy crafting!
