Hi everybody! This is Jessica Roe from Everyday Party Magazine here for today’s Sizzix Tutorial to show you how to make a super cute gift card gift box from the Brenda Walton Sizzix Collection Favorite Things!

For this project I got busy with various patterned card stock, Sizzix Framelits Die Set With Stamps Big Top, a pair of cutting pads and the Sizzix Big Shot machine, a tape runner, a clear truffle box, gum balls, and a gift card.

I started by die cutting my the pieces of the circus tent I would be using. For your Sizzix sandwich you will layer first your Magnetic Platform, then a Standard Cutting Pad, Framelits Big Top, your patterned card stock, then the other Standard Cutting Pad on top.

I dry fit the pieces together on the clear truffle box, and once I was satisfied with the look, I ran my tape gun over the card stock and carefully stuck it to the box.  I placed the gift card on the bottom of the box, and then covered it with gum balls.  I used baker’s twine to keep the box shut.  Now, I have an adorable gift bag alternative for a standard gift card!

That’s it!

I hope I have inspired you!

Happy entertaining!
